The invention discloses an aluminum alloy split type I-shaped thrust rod, which is made of aluminum alloy, and preferably comprises Al-Cu alloy, Al-Si alloy, Al-Mg-Si alloy, Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy or Al-Mg alloy, and aluminum alloy with trace alloying elements such as Sr, La, Ce, Y, Sc, Er, Nb, B, Cr and the like added in the aluminum alloy. The thrust rod consists of a sleeve, ball heads and a spherical hinge, wherein the two ball heads are respectively arranged at two ends of the sleeve; the neck of the ball head is a combination of an ellipse and an arc, so that the bearing capacity is improved; the ball head is provided with a through hole for placing the ball hinge. The aluminum alloy thrust rod ball head is prepared by adopting a casting molding process. The sleeve and the ball head are assembled by adopting a friction welding or friction stir welding process to obtain the thrust rod, and the weight reduction effect can reach 40-70%. |
