A barge for a renewable energy source is disclosed, including a plurality of horizontal axis wind turbines, a plurality of photovoltaic panels, and a plurality of wave generators. Energy collected from renewable energy resources is converted into electrical energy, and the electrical energy is transmitted to the onshore grid. A fleet of barges located in deep water is also disclosed. |
