A vehicle lamp and a vehicle including the same are provided. The vehicle lamp includes: a light source unit including one or more light sources; a reflector configured to reflect light generated by the light source unit; and a lens configured to allow light reflected by the reflector to be transmitted therethrough, wherein the reflector includes: a reflection member configured to allow a part of the amount of light generated by the light source unit to be reflected to the lens; and a non-reflective member configured not to reflect a part of the light amount generated by the light source unit to the lens, and the light generated by the light source unit forms a preset light distribution pattern through the reflective member and the non-reflective member. |
