The average thickness of the electric spark deposition iron-aluminum intermetallic compound coating is 18.75 mu m, and the coating is made of Al 6 Fe and Al 13 Fe 4 Mainly of Al 6 Fe and Al 13 Fe 4 The content was about 53wt.%, alpha-Fe and Fe 3 C is a second phase.
