titleOfInvention | Ammonium bicarbonate desulfurization method and device with synergy of lead plaster desulfurization and flue gas desulfurization |
abstract | The invention discloses an ammonium bicarbonate desulfurization method and device with synergy of diachylon desulfurization and flue gas desulfurization. The lead plaster desulfurization is divided into two steps, the flue gas desulfurization is divided into two steps, the first step of lead plaster desulfurization is that lead plaster reacts with excessive ammonium bicarbonate, the filtrate after the reaction enters into first-stage flue gas desulfurization, and the solution after the first-stage flue gas desulfurization enters into the second step of lead plaster desulfurization to be used as mother liquor for preparing lead plaster slurry; and (3) enabling the filtrate obtained after the lead plaster desulfurization in the second step to enter a secondary flue gas desulfurization, enabling the solution obtained after the secondary flue gas desulfurization to enter an oxidation tank, oxidizing ammonium sulfite obtained by flue gas desulfurization into ammonium sulfate by utilizing lead dioxide in the lead plaster, enabling the ammonium sulfate filtrate obtained after the reaction in the oxidation tank to enter a subsequent purification system, and enabling the filter cake to enter a lead plaster desulfurization link again. The invention greatly improves the use efficiency of the desulfurizer ammonium bicarbonate and the concentration of the desulfurization byproduct ammonium sulfate solution, and also neutralizes the surplus ammonium bicarbonate in the lead plaster desulfurization filtrate by utilizing the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas, thereby facilitating the subsequent evaporation crystallization of the ammonium sulfate solution. |
