titleOfInvention Lightweight V-shaped thrust rod and casting forming method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a lightweight integrated V-shaped thrust rod, the material of which is aluminum alloy, and the preferred components are Al-Cu alloy, Al‐Si alloy, Al‐Mg‐Si alloy, Al‐ A Zn-Mg-Cu alloy or an Al-Mg alloy, and an aluminum alloy in which a trace alloying element such as Sr, La, Ce, Y, Sc, Er, Nb, B, or Cr is added to the above aluminum-based alloy. The integrated lightweight V-shaped thrust rod is provided with a sleeve, a ball head and a V-shaped ball head, and a sleeve between the V-shaped ball head and the ball ends of the two ends; the neck of the ball head has an elliptical shape and a circular arc shape. The structural features improve the carrying capacity. The aluminum alloy integrated thrust rod is integrally formed by a casting method. Compared with the traditional thrust rod, the integrated aluminum alloy thrust rod can achieve a weight reduction effect of 50 to 70%.
