abstract | The invention provides a method for controlling dispersion precipitation and distribution of a high-temperature ceramic phase, which is mainly used for regulating and controlling the grain boundary dispersion precipitation of a boride phase in a high-temperature alloy pipe (especially a cast high-temperature alloy pipe with the Cr content of more than 15 percent) so as to change the problem that the uniform dispersion distribution of the boride phase on the grain boundary of the whole pipe cannot be realized by the conventional forming method for casting high-temperature alloy steel, thereby achieving the purposes of obviously strengthening the grain boundary of the cast high-temperature alloy steel pipe, improving the creep resistance of the high-temperature alloy pipe and further obviously prolonging the service life of the high-temperature alloy pipe under the high-temperature service condition. The high-temperature phases are dispersed and precipitated in the grain boundary of the high-temperature alloy steel pipe, and the grain boundary of the high-temperature alloy steel pipe is subjected to dispersion strengthening and the second-phase dispersion strengthening, so that the high-temperature mechanics of the high-temperature alloy steel pipe is obviously improved, and the service life of the high-temperature alloy steel pipe under the service condition is prolonged. |
