abstract The invention discloses a kind of methods for carrying out zinc oxide nanowire low temperature preparation based on electrostatic spinning, the method is using zinc ammonia/polyvinyl alcohol solution as spinning solution, zinc hydroxide/polyvinyl alcohol nano wire is prepared using electrospinning process, obtained zinc hydroxide/polyvinyl alcohol nano wire is put into furnace and is heated, zinc oxide nanowire is obtained.For the present invention using zinc ammonia/polyvinyl alcohol solution as spinning solution, zinc ammonia complex water and Ammonia valatilization during the spinning process ultimately form zinc hydroxide/polyvinyl alcohol nano wire.The thermal decomposition temperature of zinc hydroxide is only 125 DEG C, therefore zinc oxide nanowire can be made under conditions of not damaging organic flexible substrate.Compared to conventional method, the invention enables the heat treatment temperatures of sample after electrostatic spinning to be greatly reduced, and reduces the thermal damage to organic flexible substrate, to achieve the purpose that directly to prepare zinc oxide nanowire based on method of electrostatic spinning on flexible substrates.
