abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene oxide doped gel electrolyte, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing graphene oxide by a Hummer method, diluting the graphene oxide to prepare a graphene oxide aqueous solution with a specific concentration, then adding high polymer polyvinyl alcohol or polyacrylonitrile, stirring the mixture under a heating condition to form a uniform mixed solution, then introducing concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, potassium hydroxide and other electrolytes, and stirring the mixture to obtain a black-brown uniform graphene oxide doped gel electrolyte. The graphene oxide doped gel electrolyte prepared by the method has good structural toughness, and simultaneously, the graphene oxide can be used as a porous dielectric layer, so that the contact of two electrodes of a flexible device is avoided, and the electric leakage phenomenon is further reduced. |
