abstract | The invention discloses a method for removing an auxiliary supporting structure for selective laser melting forming, which comprises the following steps: (1) determining the sizes of the cutters in rough machining and semi-rough machining stages according to the three-dimensional model of the product; (2) determining the rough machining minimum distance from the electric arc rough machining path to the boundary of the three-dimensional model to obtain a rough machining product; (3) determining the minimum semi-rough machining distance from the arc semi-rough machining path to the boundary of the three-dimensional model to obtain a semi-rough machined product; (4) and (5) constructing a profiling electrode according to the shape of the three-dimensional model and carrying out electric spark finish machining to obtain a finished product. Compared with the traditional mechanical milling method, the machining efficiency of the electric machining method is improved by 1-2 times, the machining cost is 20-50% of that of the traditional mechanical milling method, the removal efficiency of the auxiliary support structure for selective laser melting forming is improved, the production period of the whole selective laser melting forming product is shortened, and the production cost is saved. |
