titleOfInvention High-elastic lining cloth and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a preparation method of high-elastic lining cloth, which comprises the steps of firstly, carrying out elasticizing treatment on raw fibers to obtain high-elastic yarns, then spinning the high-elastic yarns into gray cloth with the width of 230cm, dyeing and sizing the gray cloth, controlling the warp shrinkage and the weft shrinkage of the gray cloth in the sizing treatment process, and finally preparing glue dots on base cloth by using a double-point coating method. According to the invention, the shrinkage rate of the yarns is increased through texturing treatment, then the high-elastic yarns are used for weaving large-breadth gray cloth, and the warp shrinkage rate and the weft shrinkage rate of the gray cloth are ensured through controlling the processes of dyeing, sizing and the like, so that the high-elastic lining cloth with the warp elongation of more than or equal to 35% and the weft elongation of more than or equal to 40% is obtained. Tests prove that the high-elasticity lining cloth has the advantages that the warp-direction elongation is more than or equal to 35 percent, the weft-direction elongation is more than or equal to 40 percent, the recovery performance is excellent, and the follow-up property is good.
