abstract | The invention relates to a construction method and a detection method of a UPLC fingerprint spectrum of Angong Niuhuang Wan. The UPLC fingerprint construction method comprises the following steps: preparation of a reference solution: dissolving jasminoidin reference substance in solvent to obtain reference substance solution; preparing a test solution: taking an Angongniuhuang pill sample, adding a methanol water solution with the volume concentration of 70-80% for extraction, filtering, and taking a subsequent filtrate to obtain the test sample solution; constructing a fingerprint spectrum: and respectively injecting the reference substance solution and the test solution into an ultra-high performance liquid chromatograph, and measuring to obtain the fingerprint. The construction method calibrates 25 common peaks in 30min and identifies 17 chromatographic peaks, is simple, convenient, rapid, high in accuracy and good in reproducibility, and can provide scientific basis for quality evaluation and control of Angong Niuhuang pills. |
