Mixing 30-50 parts by weight of polycarbonate, 30-50 parts by weight of ABS and 10-20 parts by weight of talcum powder to obtain a composite material; The injection molding system and the injection mold are pretreated, and the composite material is dried and then added to the injection molding system to completely melt the composite material; step 2, heating the surface temperature of the fixed mold of the closed mold to 125-140 °C, and injecting the molten composite material into the cavity of the mold in sections and maintaining the pressure; step 3, cooling and forming for 20-30s, and taking out the product in the mold.
