abstract | The invention provides a system and a process for controlling the emission of waste gas, including a waste gas main pipe, a waste gas recovery main pipe, a nitrogen sealing device, and a plurality of tanks. The meter and the first quick-cut valve, the oxygen content analyzer and the first quick-cut valve are interlocked. The waste gas recovery main pipe is connected with the gas pipeline general system, and the waste gas recovery main pipe is connected with the tank through the waste gas recovery branch pipe. The nitrogen sealing device is provided with a nitrogen supply valve, a nitrogen release valve, a nitrogen main pipe, and a nitrogen branch pipe. The nitrogen main pipe is connected to the nitrogen storage tank through a nitrogen supply valve, and the tank is provided with a nitrogen interface, a breathing valve, a hydraulic safety valve, and a release pipe. The nitrogen interface is connected to the nitrogen main pipe through a nitrogen branch pipe, and a nitrogen regulating valve is arranged on the nitrogen interface. The invention seals and recycles the exhaust gas, and sets up multiple discharge devices to prevent the whole system from malfunctioning due to an abnormality of a certain pipeline, and protects the stable and safe operation of the operating system. |
