abstract The invention relates to the field of organic synthesis, in particular to a preparation method of 2-amino-3-carbonyl indene derivatives and azepine derivatives. The invention provides a 2-amino-3-carbonyl indene derivative, the structure of which is shown in formula I. The invention also provides a preparation method of the 2-amino-3-carbonyl indene derivatives, which comprises the steps of mixing the compound shown in the formula II and the compound shown in the formula III, dissolving the mixture in an inert solvent, and reacting under the action of a catalyst to obtain the compound shown in the formula I. The invention also provides a preparation method of the azepine derivative, which comprises the step of carrying out oxidation Heck reaction on the compound shown in the formula I and the compound shown in the formula IV to obtain the azepine derivative, namely the compound shown in the formula V. The invention provides a 2-amino-3-carbonyl indene derivative and a preparation method thereof, which solve the technical problems of poor bond forming diversity and fewer product types in the prior art.
