abstract | The invention provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner and an air conditioner having the outdoor unit, which can suppress corrosion of a heat exchanger and can efficiently discharge water such as drainage water from the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes: a heat exchanger which is provided in the main body and exchanges heat between the refrigerant and air; a bottom plate forming an outline bottom surface of the main body; and a spacer member disposed on the base plate and on which the heat exchanger is mounted so as to separate the base plate from the heat exchanger, the base plate including: a water discharge passage provided at a position corresponding to the position where the heat exchanger is disposed and protruding downward in the vertical direction; and one or more drain holes formed to protrude from the drain path toward a lower side in the vertical direction, wherein a width of the drain path in a direction corresponding to a flow direction of air passing through the heat exchanger is set to be wider than a width of the heat exchanger in the direction corresponding to the flow direction of air, and the spacer member is formed of a metal member or a resin member that is electrically active with respect to a member forming the heat exchanger. |
