The invention belongs to the technical field of oxygen-aluminum co-production electrolysis non-carbon anode materials, and relates to a protection method of a non-carbon anode metal guide rod for oxygen-aluminum co-production electrolysis; the method comprises the following steps: cleaning up pollutants on the surfaces of the metal guide rod and the ceramic-based non-carbon anode, performing anti-oxidation treatment, and then connecting the metal guide rod with the non-carbon anode in a mechanical connection mode; after connection, the part of the metal guide rod, which is exposed out of the non-carbon anode, is wrapped by using metal foil or inorganic fiber cloth as a sheath, and mixed powder is filled between the metal guide rod and the sheath, wherein the mixed powder comprises one or more of inorganic phosphate, silicate, borate, alumina, copper oxide, silicon dioxide or fluoride; adding a refractory heat-insulating material on the outer surface of the sheath to complete the protection of the guide rod; the invention can prevent the oxidation and corrosion of oxygen and the volatile components of the molten salt to the guide rod, the guide rod can not expand, wrinkle, fracture and lose efficacy, and the metal guide rod can be ensured to be electrified and operated for a long time at the electrolysis temperature and can be used repeatedly. |
