The invention relates to the technical field of protein engineering, in particular to an alginate lyase mutant. The alginate lyase mutant obtained by the method of random mutation screening in the present invention has significantly improved expression level in Bacillus subtilis. Bacillus subtilis recombinantly expressing wild-type alginate lyase, its shake flask fermentation supernatant enzyme activity was 488 U/ml, while recombinant expression of alginate lyase mutant Bacillus subtilis, its shake flask fermentation supernatant was as high as 488 U/ml. 635‑780 U/ml, an increase of 30%‑60%, with unexpected technical results. The application of the mutant will help to reduce the production cost of alginate lyase, and the market prospect is broad. |
