The research of the invention finds that the nucleic acid molecule shown in SEQ ID NO.1 can obviously inhibit the bacterial proliferation and improve the survival rate of the fish body during the bacterial infection period by over-expressing the nucleic acid molecule in the fish body; for example, the nucleic acid molecule shown in SEQ ID NO.1 is over-expressed in zebra fish, so that the proliferation of the Edwardsiella cati in the zebra fish can be obviously inhibited, and the survival rate of the zebra fish during the infection of the Edwardsiella cati can be obviously improved; the result shows that the nucleic acid molecule shown in SEQ ID NO.1 has wide application prospect in the field of aquaculture, can be used for preparing antibacterial drugs or disease-resistant biological products, and improves the antibacterial ability of fish bodies.
