abstract | The invention provides a core rubber for a mixed joint of an aramid fiber conveying belt and a steel wire rope core conveying belt, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the core rubber comprises 0-30 parts of natural rubber, 70-100 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 30-50 parts of carbon black, 0-10 parts of precipitated white carbon black, 1-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 2-10 parts of an active agent, 1-3 parts of an accelerator N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, 5-10 parts of a softening agent, 1-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 2-5 parts of a fiber adhesive, 2-5 parts of a metal adhesive and 1-3 parts of a polar adhesive; the fiber adhesive is a mixture of hexamethoxymethylmelamine and an adhesive RS; the metal adhesive is a mixture of cobalt borate and light magnesium oxide; the polar binder is a maleic anhydride complex. The core glue comprises three bonding systems of metal, fiber and polarity, and is bonded with two framework materials of metal and fiber by combining other components, and has good bonding force and aging resistance. |
