abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an aminomethyl phosphino urea-formaldehyde oligomer steel bar rust inhibitor, which uses diethanolamine, sodium hydrogen phosphite, formaldehyde and urea as main raw materials, and firstly, the diethanolamine, the sodium hydrogen phosphite and the formaldehyde are condensed to form an N, N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl) aminomethyl sodium phosphonate intermediate under an acidic condition. Then, under the alkaline condition, the urea and the residual formaldehyde are condensed to generate a urea-formaldehyde condensate intermediate. And finally, condensing and dehydrating the N, N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl) aminomethyl sodium phosphonate intermediate and a urea-formaldehyde intermediate to prepare the aminomethyl phosphino urea-formaldehyde oligomer organic rust inhibitor. The invention widens the source of raw materials for preparing the organic rust inhibitor, utilizes urea as the raw material, reduces the production and use cost of the organic rust inhibitor, also avoids the problems of complex preparation process, generation of highly toxic waste gas and the like of alcohol-ammonia organic rust inhibitors such as imidazole, pyrimidine and the like, realizes green and environment-friendly production process of the organic rust inhibitor, and has good application prospect. |
