abstract | The invention discloses a cast iron resin sand casting riser tamping tool, which comprises a casting, wherein two sides of the upper end of the casting are respectively fixed with a pouring gate, one end of each pouring gate is connected with a riser, the risers and the pouring gates are communicated, a stirring rod penetrates through one riser, the upper end of the stirring rod is fixed with a tamping rod, and the tamping rod is provided with a protection device; the invention also provides a casting head tamping process for the cast iron resin sand casting. According to the invention, external force is applied to molten iron manually to stir and smash the molten iron, so that the function of continuously feeding the casting is realized, the condition that the casting quality is influenced by increasing the size of a dead head is avoided, workers are protected, the condition that the molten iron is splashed to cause damage is avoided, the casting efficiency is improved, the resource waste is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the casting quality is improved. |
