The present invention provides a deuterium-substituted polycyclic pyridone compound and its prodrug, a composition comprising the compound and its use, wherein the deuterium-substituted polycyclic pyridone compound is a compound represented by formula (I) Or its tautomer, stereoisomer, prodrug, crystal form, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate.
