titleOfInvention | High-concentration phenol and aniline degrading bacterium and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a high-concentration phenol and aniline degrading bacterium and application thereof. It is classified and named as Rhodococcus PB-1 ( Rhodococcus sp.PB-1) with the following accession numbers: CCTCC NO. M2019472. The strain can completely degrade 1500mg/L phenol and 800mg/L aniline within 48 hours, and the degradation rates of 2000mg/L phenol and 1500mg/L aniline within 72 hours are 35% and 68% respectively. The optimal temperature for degrading phenol by the strain is 30-35 ℃, the degradation effect is good under the alkaline condition, and the optimal pH value is 9.0. The degradation of phenol and aniline by the strain is carried out by an ortho-position approach catalyzed by catechol 1, 2-dioxygenase, and the enzyme is an induced enzyme. The metabolite of the strain is non-toxic and environment-friendly, and has very high application value in treating industrial wastewater polluted by related organic matters. |
