A light metal composite material with rare earth oxide as reinforcement, the chemical formula is Mg-X-RE m On , Mg-Li-X-RE m On , Al-X-RE m On or Al- Li- X‑RE m O n , X≤10% by mass percentage, RE m O n 0.1-30% by volume percentage; wherein when the chemical formula is Mg‑Li‑X‑RE m O n , Li by mass percentage 0.1-30 %; when the chemical formula is Al-Li-X-RE m On, it contains 0.1-10% Li by mass percentage. In the present invention, the surface wettability of the reinforcement is improved by the salt flux, so that the bonding strength between the reinforcement and the alloy is greatly improved, and the effect of dispersion strengthening is achieved. |
