abstract |
The invention relates to a high-smelting-strength production process of 100% tamping coke in a large blast furnace. The production process includes: 1) coal blending; 2) according to the coal blending structure in step 1), the blended coal is tamped and pushed into a carbonization chamber to make coke; 3) the coke obtained in step 2) is used for blast furnace production. This production process realizes the high smelting strength production of the blast furnace under the condition of 100% tamping coke into the furnace, the daily output of the 1080m 3 blast furnace oxygen enrichment rate is increased from 3900t to 4050t under the condition of 4%, and the comprehensive coke ratio is reduced from 500kg/t to 495kg/t t, which greatly reduces the fuel cost under the condition of high blast furnace high metallurgical production, and has huge economic benefits. |
