abstract The invention discloses an assembling machine for punching and assembling an iron shell of an SIM card connector on line, which comprises an integrated iron shell feeding mechanism, a die-cutting mechanism and a die-cutting mechanism, wherein the integrated iron shell feeding mechanism comprises an upper conveying assembly, a reverse bending turnover device and a lower conveying assembly, the upper conveying assembly can draw the integrated iron shell unreeled by an unreeling device to the reverse bending turnover device through an oil spraying mechanism, and the reverse bending turnover device is matched with the lower conveying assembly to reversely bend and turn the integrated iron shell completing oil spraying and draw the integrated iron shell to the die-cutting mechanism; the oil injection mechanism is used for injecting oil to the connected iron shell which is pulled to the oil injection station by the upper conveying assembly; the blanking mechanism is used for being matched with the iron shell assembling mechanism to cut the connected iron shell pulled to the blanking station into a single iron shell; and the iron shell assembling mechanism is used for sucking the iron shell from the blanking station and transferring the iron shell to the iron shell assembling station of the feeding mechanism, driving the iron shell to pivot and obliquely buckle the semi-finished product of the SIM card connector arranged on the positioning component at the iron shell assembling station, and assembling the SIM card connector.
