abstract The invention discloses a combined refrigeration method for low-pressure rich ethane recovery, and relates to the technical field of natural gas processing. The method is established on the basis of the conventional ethane recovery process, and aiming at the characteristic that the pre-cooling temperature required by the low-pressure rich-gas ethane recovery process is low, two-stage low-temperature level is provided for the feed gas pre-cooling cold box by adopting two-stage ethylene refrigeration cycle, so that the high ethane recovery rate (more than 95%) under the working condition of low-pressure rich gas is effectively ensured, meanwhile, the multi-temperature level refrigeration obviously improves the heat integration degree of the cold box, and the energy consumption of the refrigeration cycle is reduced. The invention considers the condensation and liquefaction process of the refrigerant on the top gas of the deethanizer, and the two-stage propane refrigeration system provides a medium-pressure temperature level for the top gas of the deethanizer and a low-pressure temperature level for supercooling the high-temperature high-pressure ethylene refrigerant and precooling the raw material gas. The multi-position refrigeration of the propane refrigeration cycle effectively reduces the circulation amount of the ethylene refrigerant, and the combined refrigeration method of the ethylene and propane refrigeration cycle provides a new refrigeration option for realizing high efficiency and energy conservation for the recovery of low-pressure rich ethane.
