abstract The invention relates to a device and a method for directly preparing gasoline by carbon dioxide hydrogenation, wherein the device comprises a fresh gas compressor, a heat exchanger I, a heater I and a synthesis reactor which are sequentially communicated; the outlet of the synthesis reactor is communicated with the other inlet of the heat exchanger I, and the other outlet is sequentially communicated with the heat exchanger II, the synthesis cooler, the molecular sieve adsorber, the ammonia cooler, the high-pressure separation tank, the pressure reducing valve, the heater II and the low-pressure separation tank. The method of the invention is that the carbon dioxide and the hydrogen are mixed and then directly synthesized into the gasoline under certain temperature and pressure; and a gasoline product is obtained by adopting a low-temperature flash evaporation method; the gasoline content in the obtained gasoline product reaches more than 90 percent; the condition of blending gasoline is satisfied.
