titleOfInvention | A kind of silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of composite material preparation. The preparation method provided by the invention includes the following steps: after first mixing and calcining the TiO 2 sol and SiC powder in sequence, and then performing the second mixing and casting with molten aluminum alloy in sequence to obtain the SiC particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite material. In the present invention, after adding TiO 2 sol and SiC powder, mixing and calcining, TiO 2 reacts with SiC to generate TiC and SiO 2 . The generated TiC and SiO 2 serve as a transition layer and have good wettability with Al in the molten aluminum alloy. The interface bonding between SiC and molten Al can be effectively improved, the occurrence of interface reaction can be avoided, and the dispersibility of SiC particle reinforcement in the aluminum matrix composite material can be improved. |
