titleOfInvention Cas 9-mediated dendrocalamus latiflorus gene editing vector and application
abstract The invention discloses a Cas 9-mediated dendrocalamus latiflorus gene editing vector and application thereof. The invention provides a method for directionally editing the dendrocalamus latiflorus PSY1 gene to obtain a dendrocalamus latiflorus mutant for the first time by constructing a Crispr/Cas9 dendrocalamus latiflorus expression vector, introducing a Cas9 gene into dendrocalamus latiflorus in an agrobacterium tumefaciens (EHA 105) conversion mode and directionally editing the dendrocalamus latiflorus PSY1 gene. The applicability of the CRISPR/Cas9 in bamboo is proved, so that the research and breeding of the bamboo in the future are promoted.
