Blasting and slag skimming can be rapidly and safely finished by a single electrically-controlled hydraulic digger, the labor intensity of workers and the construction safety risk are reduced, and the construction environment is improved. By utilizing the three-layer steel platform of the device, anchor-spraying support can be completed manually and people and material materials can be transported safely and reliably.
