titleOfInvention | Protection method and system for salt lake brine conveying pipeline |
abstract | A protection method and a system for a salt lake brine conveying pipeline comprise a first step S1 of conveying brine in the pipeline at a constant speed; and a second step S2, cooling the conveying pipeline to separate out sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride and calcium sulfate contained in the brine, and crystallizing the brine on the inner wall of the pipeline to form a protective layer. According to the invention, the salt crystal protective layer is formed on the inner wall of the pipeline, so that the contact between brine and the pipe wall is isolated, and the corrosion of the brine to the pipe wall is avoided; the abrasion of the solid particles to the pipe wall is avoided. By adopting the mode of rotating the pipeline at a constant speed, the thickness of the protective layer can be uniformly distributed on the pipe wall. By adjusting the saturated concentration of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride and calcium sulfate in the brine, crystals are quickly separated out and formed, the energy consumption in the process of temperature reduction of the pipeline is reduced, the protective layer has enough strength and compactness, and the service life of the protective layer is prolonged. |
