abstract |
The invention discloses an SSR marker primer set for identifying chestnut varieties and its application. The present invention identifies and locates 19 SSR sites in the specific expression genes of male and female flowers by constructing the differential expression profile of chestnut flowers; by designing specific primers at both ends of the SSR, and through PCR amplification, 3 pairs of polymorphisms and The primers with good stability; further used the above-mentioned 3 pairs of primers to carry out genetic relationship analysis on 17 chestnut variety resources, and it was confirmed that the SSR marker has high repeatability and polymorphism, and can be used for chestnut genetic analysis and variety identification. |
