abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a flexible piezoresistive tension sensor by laser and the tension sensor prepared by the preparation method, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) dropwise adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid on the surface of a transfer substrate, and drying to form a graphene oxide film layer; (b) etching the graphene oxide layer by using laser, and reducing to form a graphene pattern; (c) soaking and washing residual graphene oxide in deionized water, keeping a graphene pattern, and then drying; (d) adding a nose membrane on the graphene layer on the surface of the transfer substrate, and drying to form a transparent film; (e) and tearing off the formed transparent film from the transfer substrate to obtain the piezoresistive tension sensor with the graphene pattern attached. The sensor is prepared by the method. The graphene flexible piezoresistive tension sensor obtained by the invention has the advantages of ultra-light weight, skin adhesion, good durability, high sensitivity and the like. |
