abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a modified polyaryletherketone ultrafiltration membrane, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a casting solution by taking polyaryletherketone containing a benzimidazole structure, a solvent A and an additive as raw materials, defoaming the casting solution, scraping the casting solution on a clean flat plate by using a scraper to form a film, quickly soaking the film into deionized water, taking out the film after phase separation is completed, and soaking the film in the deionized water to remove the residual additive to obtain a polyaryletherketone original film containing the benzimidazole structure; (2) preparing a crosslinking agent, a solvent B and an alkaline catalyst aqueous solution into a crosslinking soaking solution; (3) and (2) placing the polyaryletherketone original membrane containing the benzimidazole structure prepared in the step (1) into the crosslinking soaking solution prepared in the step (2), crosslinking and soaking at 20-80 ℃ for 1-168 hours, taking out, and washing to obtain the modified polyaryletherketone ultrafiltration membrane. The preparation method is simple, convenient, efficient and low in cost, and improves the solvent resistance and the high temperature resistance of the membrane and the pure water flux of the membrane through crosslinking modification. |
