abstract The invention relates to the production technology of petrochemical products, in particular to a modification method and application of a binderless ZSM-11 molecular sieve catalyst. A modification method and application of a binderless ZSM-11 molecular sieve catalyst, the specific preparation steps of which are as follows: exchanging the prepared binderless ZSM-11 molecular sieve catalyst with an ammonium nitrate solution, drying, and roasting to prepare H- Molecular sieve catalyst; using rare earth nitrate and aluminum salt to support rare earth and aluminum on H- molecular sieve catalyst by conventional impregnation method, steam treatment, acidification, and calcination to obtain the desired catalyst. The catalyst prepared by the invention is applied to the catalytic cracking of carbon tetraolefin to produce ethylene and propylene. The advantages of the present invention are: the catalyst obtained by the method provided by the patent has good stability and improved catalytic efficiency in the process of catalytic cracking of carbon tetraolefins into ethylene and propylene.
