The invention discloses a hybrid commercial vehicle electrical system for power generation by solar energy and waste gas waste heat, belonging to the field of commercial vehicle electrical control. The crankshaft pulley of the engine is connected, the BSG motor is electrically connected with the first battery, the solar cell is provided with a first DCDC converter; the second power generation unit, the second power generation unit includes: an intelligent generator and an exhaust gas waste heat power generation device, and the intelligent generator passes through the belt. It is connected to the crankshaft pulley of the engine, the intelligent generator is electrically connected to the second battery, the waste heat power generation device is provided with a second DCDC converter, the third DCDC converter is connected to the first battery and the second battery, and the first battery passes through the third battery. The DCDC converter charges the second battery. The invention realizes the energy saving of the whole vehicle system, so as to reduce the load on the engine, realize the purpose of fuel saving of the whole vehicle, and improve the fuel economy and power performance of the engine. |
