titleOfInvention | Method for detecting content of neutral substance based on FESI-MCDS-MEKC |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for detecting neutral substance content based on FESI-MCDS-MEKC, which is a method for analyzing and determining neutral analytes in a complex sample matrix by utilizing a combined technology of field amplified sample injection (FESI) and micelle solvent deposition technology (MCDS) under a micelle electrokinetic chromatography Mode (MEKC), and specifically comprises the following steps: respectively pretreating a capillary tube and a sample, performing electrophoretic analysis based on FESI-MCDS-MEKC, drawing a standard curve of acid neutral substances, and quantitatively analyzing the content of the neutral substances, wherein the neutral substances are spina date seed saponin A or spina date seed saponin B. The invention further improves the sensitivity of detecting the neutral analyte by the CE and expands the application of the CE in the aspect of the neutral analyte. The method is simple and convenient, has good reproducibility and is green and environment-friendly, and compared with the reported method, the sensitivity is obviously improved, and the enrichment multiple is 140-152 times. |
