abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a cinnamamide compound, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding cinnamic acid and thiuram disulfide into an organic solvent, stirring for reaction, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a reaction solution; (2) and (2) concentrating the reaction liquid obtained in the step (1), and separating and purifying to obtain the catalyst. The invention realizes a simple, convenient and effective method for preparing cinnamamide compounds under the conditions of no metal and no additive, cinnamic acids and thiuram disulfide are taken as raw materials, and are directly stirred in an organic solvent to generate a coupling reaction to generate corresponding cinnamamide compound, and the cinnamamide product has broad-spectrum bioactivity and can be used as anticancer drugs, antituberculosis drugs, antimicrobial drugs, antitumor and spice precursor compounds and the like. The synthesis system has the advantages of wide application range, compatibility with functional groups such as alkyl, alkoxy, various halogen atoms and the like, simple process, mild reaction conditions, wide substrate range, high yield and suitability for popularization and application. |
