abstract The invention discloses a method for synthesizing beta-aryl ketone at room temperature by a recyclable catalytic system, which comprises the steps of adding N-pyrimidine indole, allyl alcohol, a main catalyst and an auxiliary catalyst into a solvent, carrying out alkylation reaction, separating and purifying to obtain beta-aryl ketone, wherein the obtained catalytic system can be directly used for the next experiment, and different beta-aryl ketones can be obtained without adding the main catalyst and the auxiliary catalyst additionally. The synthesis method is simple and efficient, takes stable and easily-obtained indole and allyl alcohol in the air as reaction raw materials, adds a catalyst in the presence of a solvent, efficiently synthesizes beta-aryl ketone under mild reaction conditions, and can recycle the catalytic system and reuse for 15-20 times.
