The invention discloses a high-elasticity modified polyester knitted fabric and a production method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of textile fabrics. The high-elasticity modified polyester knitted fabric is formed by weaving and processing silk fibers, spandex fibers and modified polyester fibers, wherein the silk fibers are 15-25 parts by weight, the spandex fibers are 25-35 parts by weight, and the modified polyester fibers are 45-50 parts by weight, warp threads of the high-elasticity modified polyester knitted fabric are formed by doubling two silk fibers and a single spandex fiber, weft threads are formed by doubling three modified polyester fibers, the height of a coil formed by the warp threads is larger than that of a coil formed by the weft threads, and the difference between the height of the coil formed by the warp threads and the height of the coil formed by the weft threads is 50-70 micrometers. The high-elasticity modified polyester knitted fabric disclosed by the invention is soft and comfortable in hand feeling, high in elasticity and shape-preserving property, simple and reasonable in production method, and capable of realizing industrial large-scale production and processing. |
