titleOfInvention | Light metal fast drilling bridge plug |
abstract | The invention discloses a light metal fast drilling bridge plug which comprises a fracturing ball, a pull rod, a cone, a rubber cylinder, a back ring, a slip and a guide shoe, wherein the lower end of the pull rod is in threaded connection with the guide shoe, the middle part of the pull rod is in contact with the end face of an inner hole of the cone, the uppermost end of the pull rod is in threaded connection with a locking spring, the cone is sleeved with the rubber cylinder, the back ring and the slip, the upper end of the pull rod is connected with a setting tool through threads, the pull rod is made of alloy steel, and the light metal bridge plug body is made of thermoplastic polymer formed by polymerizing aluminum magnesium alloy and dihydric alcohol and is easy to mill. The length of the composite bridge plug is only half of that of a conventional composite bridge plug, and compared with a composite material, the composite bridge plug is easier to drill and grind, higher in temperature resistance and capable of meeting the development requirement of deep shale gas. |
