abstract | The invention relates to an early strength type cement-based grouting material prepared from pre-hydrated fly ash, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: rapid hardening type ordinary portland cement 100; 28-39 parts of phosphogypsum; grinding 33-40 parts of slag powder; 25-32 parts of pre-hydrated fly ash; 78-90 parts of sand; 2.0-5.0 parts of water reducing agent; 0.3-0.7 of composite early strength agent; 0.3-0.7 of defoaming agent. Compared with the prior art, the early-strength cement-based grouting material containing the pre-hydrated fly ash, which is prepared by the invention, has the characteristics of good fluidity, quick development of early strength, high later strength, short setting time, small volume change, low cost and the like, can effectively utilize solid wastes such as phosphogypsum, fly ash, mineral powder and the like, and has the significance of environmental protection. |
