abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of flowmeter manufacturing, and discloses a U-shaped pipe mass flowmeter capable of resisting strong acid and alkali corrosive media and a manufacturing method thereof.A sensor is manufactured in a welding mode; filling a TEFZELTEFZEL material in the internal liquid receiving part of the target coating sensor, and simultaneously filling the TEFZEL material in the same amount as that of the target coating sensor in the internal liquid receiving part of the profiling coating sensor; fixing the target coating sensor and the profiling coating sensor on two sides of the fixed plate seat by using a V-shaped clamping block and a bolt, and configuring a corresponding balancing weight according to the gravity center position of the sensor to keep the gravity center at the center of the fixed plate seat. The invention can measure some highly-oxidizing acid and alkaline media, and enlarges the application range of the mass flowmeter. The anti-corrosion mass flow meter has the advantages that the object-oriented surface of the anti-corrosion mass flow meter is enlarged, the roughness of the inner wall of the measuring pipe is reduced, and the flowing state of fluid media in the pipeline is facilitated.
