abstract |
The present invention relates to compounds derived from the EGF(A) domain of LDL-R, in particular peptide analogs comprising the sequence of wild-type EGF(A) (LDL-R(293-332)) and at least one comprising at least one fatty acid group group of substituent compounds. The present invention also relates to its pharmaceutical composition and use as a medicine. The novel EGF(A) compounds of the present invention are useful in therapy, eg, in the fields of cholesterol lowering, dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease. |
