To provide a resin composition for a prepreg, which is a prepreg comprising a urethane (meth)acrylate (A), a polymerization initiator (B) and a thermoplastic resin (C) as essential components A body resin composition, wherein the urethane (meth)acrylate (A) is a reaction product of a polyisocyanate (a1), a polyol (a2) and a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate (a3), The above-mentioned polyisocyanate (a1) is a carbodiimide modification selected from the group consisting of 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
