The method solves the problem of poor drapability of the existing water soft cotton process. The production process of the super-soft elastic knitted fabric with the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction comprises the following steps: s1, weaving; s2, singeing; s3, boiling and bleaching; s4, etching hair; s5, dyeing; s6, wool washing; s7, pre-softening; and S8, post-processing. The application has the advantages that: the grey cloth (fabric) has the characteristics of air permeability, deodorization, wear resistance and drapability and stiffness. |
