The present application discloses a polymerase chain reaction chip containing a bubble elimination structure and a method for processing a droplet emulsion, including a sample injection structure 100, a microfluidic channel 200, and a bubble disposed on the same side of the polymerase chain reaction chip. Floating structure 300 and droplet storage structure 400 . Since the bubble flotation cavity 302 in the bubble flotation structure 300 can be used to remove bubbles for the droplet emulsion, the introduction of bubbles can be reduced or even eliminated, so that the subsequent amplification reaction can be carried out smoothly. |
