Floating structure 300 and droplet storage structure 400 . Since the bubble flotation cavity 302 in the bubble flotation structure 300 can be used to remove bubbles for the droplet emulsion, the introduction of bubbles can be reduced or even eliminated, so that the subsequent amplification reaction can be carried out smoothly.
