The invention discloses a corundum-mullite-based unshaped refractory material for a rocket launching pad, which comprises the components of corundum, mullite, cordierite, silicon carbide, Al2O3 fine powder, fused zirconia corundum, high-alumina cement and silicon micropowder. The unshaped high-temperature-resistant material can protect the metal structure of the rocket launching pad from being washed and ablated by high-temperature gas flow, is favorable for ensuring the working reliability of the rocket launching pad and prolonging the service life of the rocket launching pad; the shaped refractory material integrates the respective excellent performances of corundum and mullite, has excellent thermal shock stability, creep property and wear resistance, has high mechanical strength, good high-temperature performance and low heat conduction, is suitable for environments with high humidity, high salt fog and high ultraviolet irradiation, has good corrosion resistance, and meets the requirement of a rocket launching base on protecting a rocket launching pad matrix protective material in the development of a coastal region where transportation and launching are more convenient; the corundum-mullite-based coating material is simple and convenient to construct. |
